Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Information
Orders can be amended or cancelled at any time before checkout is completed. If your order has already been submitted to our sales team, please contact us immediately on 0800 020 9172. Prompt notification gives us the best chance to make changes without affecting your delivery.

Delivery dates are provided as a week-commencing estimate only and should be treated as a guide. Deliveries may occur slightly earlier or later than the stated timeframe.

All deliveries are made to ground-floor access points only. Please ensure you have suitable arrangements in place to move the lockers to their final location upon arrival.

All lockers are manufactured to order. Once production has started, cancellations or returns cannot be accepted.

If you require delivery on a specific date, this may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.

Deliveries to postcodes PA, HS, KA, KW and ZE are available for large orders only, with pricing provided on application.


Product Delivery Times
Quick Delivery Lockers: 5–7 working days
General Mild Steel Lockers: 20 working days
Swimming Pool, Heavy, Extra Heavy Duty & Mini Laminate Lockers: Around 4 weeks
Laptop Lockers: Approximately 4–5 weeks

If you need your order sooner than the standard lead times, please email us with your requirements and we will advise where possible.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care to ensure all goods are delivered in excellent condition. If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can advise on the next steps.

If damage is visible at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the delivery or signing the delivery note as “Damaged”.

Any delivery issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt (maximum of 3 working days). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note: items ordered incorrectly by the customer are non-returnable, as all products are made to order.


Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived by the “Delivery By” date shown on your order confirmation, please contact Fast Delivery Lockers as soon as possible by phone or email via our Contact Us page. We will investigate the matter promptly.
